Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines.
- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location.
- Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring coaching and helping them in joint calls.
- Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.
- Accurately completes the documentation.
- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors.
- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism.
- Taking care of day to day administration of the branch.
Candidate Requirement
- Minimum 6 years of experience in building distribution / Sales. 5 plus years of team management experience required
- Should be Graduate.
