Job Description
- Oversee the operation of various material handling equipment and systems, including conveyors, cranes, forklifts, automated storage and retrieval systems, and other specialized material handling technologies.
- Develop and implement operating procedures, work instructions, and standard operating protocols to ensure the safe and eƯicient operation of material handling equipment.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of material handling systems, making adjustments to operating parameters and control strategies as needed to meet production goals and minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on material handling equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment availability.
