Job Description
- Actively oversee the implementation of pricing strategies within the parts business division and offer market feedback on pricing strategy.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments (Aftermarket Operations, Aftermarket Product Support, and Aftermarket Business Development) to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to customers.
- Strategically manage and control dealer’s parts inventory based on market demand trends and predictions, providing market forecasts to Aftermarket Operations.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and continuously improve sales models and processes.
- Conduct regular business reviews and adjust resource planning accordingly.
- Assist dealers in identifying and cultivating new prospects by devising strategies and action plans to convert them into key accounts.
