Job Description
- Manages the daily clinical operations of the Nursing function in collaboration with the CSSD teams and evaluates the nursing activities including but not limited to Operation Theater (OT), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) services to ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Closely monitors the nursing caregivers’ performance to ensure the provision of quality, safe and timely patient care.
- Participates in providing direct nursing care to patients and their family members.
- Serve as a resource to ensure proper response to signs of critical illness, imminent collapse, or actual collapse according to BLS (Basic Life Support), ALS (Advanced Life Support) or PALS (Pediatrics Life Support) guidelines.
