Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse - ICU is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients in the ICU and their family members according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with regulatory, organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. The Registered Nurse III is also involved in understanding the management of the Nursing department, including but not limited to scheduling, employee evaluation, and staff development.
