Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and managing a team of warehouse staff. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Manage and oversee a team of warehouse staff including hiring training and performance evaluations

Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers

Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment adhering to all safety regulations and protocols

Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure proper handling and storage of goods

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders

Analyze data and provide reports on warehouse productivity inventory levels and other key metrics

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies

Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management preferably in a fastpaced environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills

Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
