At Tradogram we are building a nextgeneration procurement solution that is simple flexible and

affordable to meet todays companies needs in managing their spending. Our niche business solution

enhances every organizations procurement function regardless of size or industry. As part of our small

team you will see your direct influence on the product and occasionally interact with endusers.

Our product development team is looking for an experienced Backend PHP Developer to join us and

help us build and improve our solution. You will work alongside our skilled engineers to tackle complex

technical challenges with a lot of room to grow. The right candidate for this job must be highly

ambitious passionate about their work and capable of working with a team to cover the businesss

growing technical needs.

Primary Role:

Work closely with the team to develop implement and maintainobject orientedbackend

applications with PHP MySQL

Fully understand and review the system code accessibility and other technical standards to

always ensure quality performance.

Maintain the code including bug fixes enhancements and miscellaneous maintenance

ensuring that the code runs efficiently.

Propose and implement performance optimization and scaling strategies while contributing to

the ongoing improvement of our application to meet the latest trends and market

requirements.

Maintain an understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through

continuing education

Soft Skills

We are looking for someone willing to contribute effectively with their experience and research skills.

While we value attitude over experience the right candidate will need to be meticulous and thorough in

their work while keeping a customercentric approach. Above all we are looking for someone with

excellent problemsolving skills and the capacity to work on both backend and frontend design and

implementation with minor supervision. Experience with a SaaS business software solution is a BIG

plus!

Technical Skills:

6 years of professional work experience as a software developer with PHP JavaScript MVC

frameworks.

Good knowledge of MySQL database design and SQL.

Good understanding of accessibility usability testing and debugging.

Ability to collaborate with your team in a fastpaced environment.

Must have to qualify:

Proficient in PHP

Fluent in English speak and write.

Nice to have:

Experience with Firebase

Proficiency with software integration technologies including transfer protocols authorization

protocols API design & documentation
