Blending Operator

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a skilled Blending Operator to join our a local Memphis manufacturing company on a fulltime basis. The Blending Operator will be responsible for operating blending equipment and ensuring the accurate and timely production of blended products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blending equipment to produce highquality blended products according to company standards and specifications
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure proper blending ratios
• Monitor blending process and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blending equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Document production data and report any issues or concerns to management
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to quality control safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferably in blending or mixing operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
