What Youll Do:

Be the Treatment Champion:

• Lead the charge in following up on treatment plans ensuring patients fully understand their options and are ready to proceed
• Handle financial discussions with ease offering patients clear guidance on costs payment plans and financing options
• Keep meticulous records of all patient interactions ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Advocate for Our Patients:

• Be the friendly knowledgeable point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
• Offer support during evenings and weekends when needed ensuring no question goes unanswered and every concern is addressed
• Use your organizational skills to track patient progress and ensure timely followups

Drive Success with Strategic Sales:

• Develop and implement strategies that turn leads into loyal patients
• Work closely with the doctor and team to continuously refine and improve our patient acquisition and retention processes
• Report on your successes and look for opportunities to optimize our approach

• Compensation: Base salary of $50000 $60000 annually plus a 2% commission on adjusted production
• Schedule: Monday Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM some Fridays and weekends as needed
