Job Description

Youll have the opportunity to work in both Acute Rehab and Inpatient settings with flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle.

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience ranging from entrylevel to 30 years of expertise.

Work Schedule:

  • Acute Rehab Unit Only: Choose between TuesdaySaturday (five 8hour shifts) or WednesdaySaturday (four 10hour shifts).
  • Acute Rehab & Inpatient Units: Split your time 50/50 between the Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient Units with the same scheduling options as above.

Shift Differentials:

  • Evening Shift (3:00 PM 11:30 PM): 8%
  • Night Shift (11:00 PM 7:30 AM): 11%
  • No Weekend Differential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations to establish a baseline of selfcare function considering medical history cognitive function and activities of daily living.
  • Goal Setting: Develop realistic measurable treatment goals based on your assessments tailored to each patients unique condition.
  • Therapy Implementation: Design and execute dynamic treatment programs aimed at achieving or exceeding the established outcome goals ensuring consistency and continuity in patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the State of Idaho (or eligibility to apply before graduation/licensure).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous experience in Acute Care is highly preferred.
