Job Description:
We are searching for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in El Paso TX. In this role you will be at the forefront of providing
clientfocused therapy that supports individuals couples and families
in navigating their unique challenges. Your expertise will be key in
guiding clients toward healthier relationships and improved mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients needs strengths
and goals.
Create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidencebased
therapeutic approaches.
Offer ongoing therapy sessions addressing various issues including
relationship difficulties anxiety depression trauma and life
transitions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists
psychologists social workers and case managers to ensure
comprehensive care.
Maintain precise clinical documentation ensuring compliance with
ethical and legal standards.
Participate in supervision team meetings and professional development
to refine your skills and stay current with best practices.
Engage in outreach and community education to promote mental health
awareness and broaden service access.
Qualifications:
Masters or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling
Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental
health or behavioral health setting.
Proficiency in conducting assessments developing treatment plans and
delivering evidencebased therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
A strong commitment to cultural competence diversity and inclusion in
clinical practice.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic
computer skills.
