We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiter who is proficient in multilingual recruitment and can handle volume recruitment while working under pressure. Our ideal candidate is selfmotivated has a salesoriented attitude and is capable of managing endtoend recruitment processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fullcycle recruitment processes from sourcing to placement for a variety of roles across different industries.
• Utilize your LinkedIn Recruiter license to source and engage with potential candidates.
• Specialize in multilingual recruitment with a focus on European languages in addition to English.
• Manage volume recruitment effectively meeting tight deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on multilingual recruitment.
• Ability to handle volume recruitment and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage.
• Strong sales attitude with the ability to market job opportunities and negotiate offers.
• Ownership of a valid LinkedIn Recruiter license.
• Capability to work independently and demonstrate commitment to achieving recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
