We are searching for anassociate attorney with at least eight years of California employment litigation.This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trials summary judgment arguing motions depositions and mediation.
Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context
Familiarity with public agency employers is a plus.
Requirements:
Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
8 yearsof California employment litigation

Salary/Compensation:
$170000 $210000
The salary within that range will depend on the selected candidates years of practice and experience.
