Environmental Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered witha nationally recognized law firm with nearly 250 attorneys throughout the US. We are searching for anassociate attorney with at least 6 years of environmental litigation experience handling environmental matters. Matters includewater rights water availability water quality the Clean Water Act the Clean Air Act land use and toxics litigation including CERCLA and RCRA cases.

Ideal Candidate
- Ideal candidates should have experience assisting clients in environmental matters involving state and federal environmental laws including laws regulating hazardous and solid waste water air and endangered species and permitting
- Drafting pleadings/motions drafting and responding to written discovery managing document discovery taking/defending depositions and arguing motions
Requirements:
- Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 5 7 yearsof California Environmental litigation
- Experience representing public agencies in these types of matters is a plus.

Location:
- This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary.

Salary/Compensation:
- $150000 $190000
- The salary within that range will depend on the selected candidates years of practice and experience.
