What is the role about

As a 3rd Level Support Specialist you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through your technical support and problemsolving skills. You will be the goto person for complex issues ensuring stable and reliable services.

• Provide support to customers via our ticket system focusing on timely issue resolution.
• Analyze platform issues offering immediate solutions or escalations based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and maintain our managed services for customers ensuring their smooth operation.
• Offer technical support on both 3rd and partially 2ndlevel customer queries.
• Install configure and update Cuculus solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Liaise with development teams to communicate bug reports and collaborate on solutions.

You fit in with us if

• You have completed IT studies or training or are a career changer with relevant professional experience.
• You have 3 years of experience working with Linux particularly in roles that require handson support.
• You are experienced with Red Hat and its derivatives (CentOS Rocky Linux) and familiar with High Availability (HA) setups.
• You can interpret log messages manage certificates and keystores and have basic knowledge of MySQL Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• You ideally hold an LPIC 1 certification.
• You are personable with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• You are diligent wellorganized and can handle multiple requests in parallel.
• You are business fluent in English.
