Tasks

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory inquiries ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Liaise directly with regulatory authorities managing communications and ensuring that the organization meets all regulatory obligations
• Draft detailed legal memos and opinions on regulatory matters providing clear and actionable guidance to frontline operations
• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements translating them into practical advice for business units to ensure compliance
• Provide proactive legal support to frontline teams helping them understand and navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws and regulations assessing their impact on the organization

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Bar admission is a plus
• Fluency in English and German
• Min. 8 years of PQE in regulatory law preferably within an industry or corporate setting
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on business operations
