Job Description
Focus on the development and delivery of AI solutions ensuring project success and delivery excellence;- Lead a team of Data Scientists who work daily to solve complex real-world challenges by developing advanced analytics solutions that create a relevant impact on the Client;
- Participate in client projects from the framing phase of the analytical problem, through data collection and analysis, dataset enrichment, model development and training, and solution deployment;
- Participate in R&D initiatives where there is a constant search for technological innovation in the practice of data science and a space for multidisciplinary experimentation and co-creation;
- Analysis of large amounts of data from different data sources;
- Communication with technical depth of the developments carried out.
- You are the one we are looking for:
- Master's or PhD with relevant academic performance in the areas of Statistics/Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar;
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Data Science consulting involving problem framing, data analysis, training and deployment of machine learning models and their monitoring;
- Solid knowledge in analytics: machine learning, statistical analysis, optimization and simulation;
- Knowledge and experience in programming languages with a focus on machine learning and advanced analytics (such as Python, R and Scala);
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Technical knowledge in Cloud technology (preferred);
- Experience with real use cases using OCR, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing for image processing (preferred);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in Portuguese and English, for technical and business audiences;
- Curious spirit, with a taste for continuous learning and a passion for solving complex problems;
