Focusing on working with clients to reimagine, redesign and digitalize their business processes in order to achieve improved efficiency, customer experience and impact
Delivering complex transformation programs through best in class tools, accelerators and methodologies to scope, manage and reduce the risks of delivery, and ensure longer term benefits can be delivered and sustained
Work you'll do
Perform underwriting assessment on both medical / non-medical cases within approval limits to ensure the underwriting decision complied with company’s rules and guidelines
Establish the related procedures and write up rule and guideline
Assist the Team Lead to identify opportunities for process and workflow improvement, initiate ideas to streamline manual process to uplift service level; and provide necessary guidance and support to Junior Officers/Assistants
Undertake or assist in projects as assigned by the Team Lead
On-the-job training will be provided progressively for skills development in insurance operations
We are looking for someone with
Degree holder in insurance discipline or relevant professional qualification, with 4-5 years’ relevant working experience in Life insurance
Strong knowledge of insurance products, compliance requirements and good underwriting skills
Underwriting Authority with medical substandard rating; professional qualification in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team; ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
