Job Title: Office Receptionist

Job Type: FullTime
Location: Miami FL

Job Summary:

The Office Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations answering phones greeting guests and performing various administrative tasks to support the office. The ideal candidate will be professional organized and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
    • Manage visitor signin and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying.
    • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
    • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Customer Service:

    • Provide assistance to clients vendors and employees with general inquiries.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Office Coordination:

    • Assist in organizing office events or meetings.
    • Maintain records and update contact lists.
    • Support other administrative team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
