Outlet Sales Associate

Job Description:

J's Bakery is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on managing booths, expos, and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record in upselling and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate J's Bakery booths at various expos, events, and pop-ups.
• Engage with customers to provide product information and recommendations.
• Upsell bakery products to maximize sales.
• Maintain a clean and attractive booth display.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support event setup and teardown as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report daily sales figures.

Qualifications:

• Must be below 35 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on upselling and customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic is highly appreciated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
