Job Description

Major Key Responsibilities in the role:
Management of complex multifaceted transactions
Financial model interpretation
Execute on Project Finance processes (transaction cycle / project timelines)
Client liaison & management / Good people skills
Implementation of fund raising or transaction advisory work
Financial program design and implementation
Screening of potential project information and transactions
Transaction implementation
C&I RE energy program and procurement development support inputs
Specific transaction Financial Close advisory and coordination
Specific transaction advisory services during project commissioning
Overall coordination of financial TA advisory team reporting and other deliverable requirements
Reportwriting

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:
B Com / Finance
Or Chartered Accountant
Or MBA /CFA Specific Industry Experience:
Infrastructure

Energy Years of Experience:
10 in a project finance environment
