As an Information Security Engineer you will play a vital role in ensuring that our infrastructure and endpoints are costeffectively secure. You will manage our endpoint security platforms and conduct periodic security health checks. Additionally you will act as our incident responder playing a crucial role in keeping the company safe and protected from security breaches.

The Daily Challenges and Triumphs Awaiting You:

• Manage and monitor endpoint security controls including AntiVirus DLP Disk Encryption Windows GPOs Security Patches Deployment and Vulnerability Scanning Tools
  
• Oversee daytoday Information Security operations and monitoring including configuring security restrictions lodging and tracking tickets to remediate vulnerabilities and weaknesses updating security trackers handling Security Exemption Forms and designing and configuring security policies in AV DLP GPOs and Vulnerability Scanning Tools
  
• Monitor respond to investigate and contain alerts and events from security tools and the SOC platform
  
• Update the Security team with significant threat intelligence feeds (e.g. threats impacting critical systems and technologies) to facilitate appropriate remediation actions
  
• Research and recommend costeffective security controls for implementation
  
• Perform incident response containment mitigation and recovery for identified security incidents
  
• Conduct periodic security incident drills and simulations
  
• Perform quarterly or adhoc network and web vulnerability scans and monitor vulnerabilities for remediation
  

Conduct the following periodic reviews:

• Quarterly Firewall Rules Review
  
• Monthly Access Management Review
  
• Quarterly or AdHoc Vulnerability Scans of Network and Web Applications
  
• BiMonthly Workstation Security Health Review
  
• Monthly Server Security Health Review
  
• Server and Workstation Image Configuration Scans
  
• Work on securityfocused special projects and testing activities
  

Requirements

The Skills and Experience to Be a Star Performer:

• 35 years of experience in Security Engineering Vulnerability Management AntiVirus Management Endpoint Security Network Security or Security Operations Center (SOC)
  
• Experience in configuring tools such as AntiVirus Data Loss Prevention Vulnerability Scanning Tools Kali Linux Security Patch Deployment Tools Windows GPOs and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace security
  
• Preferred certifications: CEH or Security
  
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 PCIDSS SOC 2 Security HIPAA and Data Privacy Laws such as EUGDPR
  
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure security is a plus
