What you will be doing:

• Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process
• Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case
• Depose parties and fact and expert witnesses
• Draft and argue motions
• Supervise and manage a support team of staff

Experience you will need:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
• 7 years of personal injury experience
• Able to multitask and handle a highvolume litigation docket
• Superior analytical skills and ability to analyze complex issues
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work onsite at our Dallas Texas office and travel as required for trial or pretrial requirements
• First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience
• Bilingual preferred but not required
