Job Description
- Flex in as an additional Safeguarding focal point for programs that may be under-staffed or under-resourced. This could include case management, day to day operations, or improvement projects.
- Support the team in identifying risks, creating comprehensive safeguarding risk registers, and developing mitigation efforts and responses.
- As needed, case Manage safeguarding cases, collaborating with IA, HR, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve safeguarding cases that may arise.
