Project Oversight and Delivery:

• Oversee project progress and team performance to ensure timely, on-budget completion with high-quality standards.
• Align project outcomes with client objectives and specifications.

BIM Coordination and Support:

• Guide the team in effective BIM utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the BIM supply chain to ensure accurate, high-quality data delivery.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Conduct regular quality assurance and control checks on contractor’s BIM deliverables.
• Assist in developing and implementing BIM quality control plans and review procedures.
