Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in project coordination and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget coordinating project team members and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
. Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented and completed on time
. Communicate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed as per the project plan
. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
. Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and status updates
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular project updates
. Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
Requirements:
5 years of experience in project coordination or related field
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or related field
