Job Description
Role Overview
To oversee the datafirst implementation approach of Salesforce and ensure that all datarelated aspects of the project are meticulously planned executed and optimized with a focus on data quality deduplication integration lineage and consolidation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data strategy tailored to the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementation.
- Ensure data quality consistency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimate prioritize plan and coordinate various data related activities.
- Guide the team with SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
- Understand DBrelated testing and ETL requirements (sourcetotarget mappings).
- Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in bug triage meetings.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability throughout the project.
- Manage data deduplication processes to eliminate redundant information.
- Validate migration & integration of data sources and systems with Salesforce ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Document and track data lineage from source to target systems.
- Lead data consolidation efforts to unify and standardize data across platforms.
- Collaborate with project managers developers and business analysts to meet data quality standards.
- Generate and present detailed data reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a focus on data quality and integration.
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administration and architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL data profiling tools and relevant technologies.
- Experience in automation using any tool.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to guide the team toward industry best practices.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a team or project.
- Experience with data deduplication and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data lineage and data consolidation techniques.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps etc.
- Experience in the consulting industry and familiarity with various business processes.
