Tasks & Responsibilities
- Receive and document customer issues in the ticketing system perform independent analysis and resolve problems.
- NetPlans Support is not a typical hotline; instead we foster a close personal and partnershipbased relationship with our customers.
- Many of our customers have outsourced their complex IT/server infrastructures to us which are fully managed by our IT support team.
- The IT support team consists of specialized expert teams (e.g. Microsoft Citrix VMware etc.) that provide second and thirdlevel support with a high level of expertise.
- Due to our close customer relationships the support team also works conceptually advising customers on all aspects of IT infrastructure.
- Many customers are also supported onsite by our regional support team meaning the role can involve a mix of internal and external support depending on customer needs.
Requirements
- You have several years of handson experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Microsoft product suite (Windows Server Active Directory Exchange MSSQL etc.)
- Storage solutions (IBM NetApp Dell Huawei)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere Citrix XenServer MS HyperV)
- Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
- Veeam B&R or Veritas Backup Exec
- IT security (Sophos Barracuda Networks Kaspersky Endpoint Protection Forti)
- You are fluent in German (C1/C2 level).
