Head of IT

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C1 or C2/Native) and English (C1) languages.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management: Design support and continuously improve the IT infrastructure across all locations (head office practices clinic) focusing on modern and efficient solutions.
  
• IT Security Oversight: Take charge of IT security and work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  
• Team Building: Develop and lead an effective team (both internal and external) to ensure smooth and efficient IT infrastructure management.
  
• Development Support: Collaborate with the development team to facilitate the delivery of digital products and services.
  

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in setting up and managing complex IT infrastructures with a strong background in administering common systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 endpoint management network management).
  
• A handson approach with a readiness to actively engage in the implementation and optimization of IT systems and solutions.
  
• Indepth knowledge of information security (e.g. ISO 27001) with a proven track record of successfully implementing IT security solutions.
  
• High motivation to transform healthcare in Germany ideally with experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  
• Proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level.
