Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team in Mexico City. This leadership role will manage a diverse team and oversee human resources operations across the organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies that align with corporate objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with corporate goals fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment selection and retention processes to attract and retain key talent.
  • Training and Development: Implement continuous training programs to promote employees professional and personal growth.
  • Personnel Administration: Manage payroll benefits labor relations and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Organizational Culture: Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with company values enhancing communication and team cohesion.
  • Talent Retention: Develop and implement strategies that promote employee satisfaction and longterm engagement.
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels such as newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Active Listening: Promote a workplace where employees feel heard and valued by encouraging continuous feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Administration Psychology or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus.
  • Experience: 8 years in a senior HR role preferably within the food industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex HR projects.
  • Key Competencies: Strong communication empathy resultsoriented mindset and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law: Thorough understanding of Mexican labor laws and their application in personnel management.
