- Personnel Administration: Manage payroll benefits labor relations and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Administration Psychology or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus.
- Experience: 8 years in a senior HR role preferably within the food industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex HR projects.
- Key Competencies: Strong communication empathy resultsoriented mindset and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Labor Law: Thorough understanding of Mexican labor laws and their application in personnel management.
