Job Description
As an SAP HANA Cloud Admin you will:
- Oversee the administration and management of SAP HANA Cloud systems ensuring their reliability and performance.
- Implement upgrade and provide ongoing support for S/4HANA systems coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform regular system health checks backups and disaster recovery exercises to maintain system integrity and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HANA Cloud and S/4HANA systems ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align system performance with business objectives and enhance the overall IT infrastructure.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 810 years of handson experience as an SAP Basis Admin with a deep understanding of SAP HANA Cloud systems.
- Extensive experience in managing and administering S/4HANA environments across various phases including implementation and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS with the ability to handle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Proven track record in maintaining high system availability and performance in largescale SAP environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for managing incidents problems and changes in SAP environments.
You should possess the ability to:
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP HANA Cloud and S/4HANA systems with minimal supervision.
- Work efficiently in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining highquality standards.
- Continuously update your knowledge of SAP technologies adapting to new tools methodologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Function autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when needed.
