Live-in or daily House ManagerButler in Watlington Oxfordshire 60k gross pa

A returning client of KS Private Staff is looking for an experienced adaptable and friendly House Manager/Butler to work in their fully staffed formal household. The family have three young children five dogs and other properties abroad. They are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail who is comfortable working in a rural setting. The role involves looking after their 7bedroom residence collaborating well with other staff such as Housekeepers the Chef and Estate workers and being accustomed to a busy family environment.

To apply for this role you must either be local or be willing to live onsite with accommodation provided.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Supervising and managing household staff
  
• Liaising with other staff at the property
  
• Taking care of the property fine furniture artwork fabrics and special finishes
  
• Welcoming and taking care of guests
  
• Setting and laying of tables
  
• Food and drink service
  
• Provisioning for the house
  
• Wardrobe management
  
• Liaise with the Family Office to enable a smooth and efficient day to day running of the residence
  
• Driving errands as required must be a confident driver
  
• You may be asked to accompany the family when they travel on an ad hoc basis
  

Salary: 60k gpa livein or negotiable salary for liveout

Separate accommodation provided (Regret no pets or dependants).
