About The Role

The objective of the Project Manager role is to Manage IT projects based on PMBOK framework in Technology department

Reporting line: Director of IT Operations

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Interact with Business and IT clients

• Receive and analyze project Ideas

• Identify stakeholders form project scope and team

• Manage endtoend project lifecycle

• Manage project budget

• Ensure project progress and deadlines

• Creatively solve Issues that arise

• Manage risks and mitigation efforts

• Evaluate and control project results

• Actively collaborate with Business Project management Office

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in IT area for at least 3 years

• Experience in Fintech / Brokerage / Banking/ IT is a plus

• Technical proficiency. Understanding of IT technology: IT infrastructure Clouds development lifecycle (scram agile)

• Familiar with Atlassian Jira

• PMP certification is a plus

• Understanding of IT information security specifics

• Fluent in both English and Russian

• Good communication skills ability to interact with internal clients

• Flexibility. Ability to put priorities and adjust to rapidly changing business and IT demands

• Good analytical skills ability to drive nonobvious tasks to completion
