What Youll Do:

• Content Review: Assess various digital content including videos news stories and social media profiles for adherence to guidelines.
• Consistency & Accuracy: Score content based on ageappropriateness violence and other criteria and apply handling procedures consistently.
• Policy Enforcement: Implement content policies and maintain client terms of use with precision and attention to detail.
• Participate & Report: Engage in employee assistance programs training and reporting to support the teams wellbeing and performance.
• Handle Sensitive Content: Manage potentially sensitive material with professionalism and empathy including challenging content like hate speech or violence.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Slovak (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or BPO/contact centers preferred.
• Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive content with empathy and professionalism.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of political and social contexts in Slovakspeaking regions.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
