Patient Scheduling Conversion Specialist Dental

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth ensuring patients feel valued and cared for.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately maximizing the offices productivity
• Convert patient inquiries into booked appointments utilizing strong communication and persuasion skills
• Maintain an organized and smooth patient scheduling process ensuring optimal use of the practice resources
• Utilize your knowledge of the dental industry to provide patients with accurate information and set expectations for their visits

Required Qualifications:

• Dental Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a dental office with a solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
• Spanish Fluency: Must be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
• Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable computer highspeed internet connection and a quiet professional workspace at home.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using dental practice management software scheduling systems and other relevant tools.
• Patient Scheduling & Conversion Skills: Proven experience in scheduling patients and successfully converting inquiries into appointments.
• Revenue Cycle Management Knowledge: Understanding revenue cycle management for dental practices in the U.S. is a strong plus.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Miami FL area is beneficial but not required.
