Job Description

As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant you will provide first class customer service to clients via phone calls live chat and email. You are also expected to:

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via Russian and English language;
• Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues;
• Adhere to clientdefined processes and procedures and company policies;
• Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity availability and quality requirements;
• Meet predetermined targets; and
• Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems requests and actions taken.

Requirements

• Russian speaker able to converse in English
• Russian written and verbal communication skills
• Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service experience in call center
• Earned a Bachelors Degree
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
• Strong Customer Service Skills

Working Hours
24 hours rotational shifts 5 working days in a week

Work Location
Cyberjaya (Fully in Office)

Remuneration
Total Package up to MYR 8500

Night shift allowance provided separately
KPI up to 400 per month
