Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM (EST)

A small growing property management company based in Braintree Massachusetts manages both residential and commercial properties including singlefamily homes and small apartment buildings. Position Overview:

As a Property Management Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for tenants prospective residents and vendors. This role involves managing daytoday operations addressing tenant concerns coordinating property maintenance and ensuring smooth property management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Answer incoming calls make outgoing calls respond to text messages and emails and arrange appointments. Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Bid and dispatch contractors for maintenance and repairs. Develop or refine scopes of work and follow up to ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily.
  • Administrative Tasks: Onboard new clients and tenants create and disseminate contracts from templates maintain accurate records and manage miscellaneous administrative tasks using property management software RentVine.
  • Social Media: Respond to and post on social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to engage with the community and promote the company.
  • Leasing: Draft advertising listings for properties and post them. Gather documents from prospective renters in a timely manner for screening approval by the owner.
  • File Management: Keep files organized and ensure all documentation is uptodate and accurate. Track appointments and expirations on a shared calendar.
  • Client and Tenant FollowUp: Follow up with clients contractors tenants and prospective renters to ensure issues are resolved and services are delivered as promised.
  • Problem Solving: Handle tenant concerns and maintenance requests with a problemsolving mindset. Be proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
  • Feedback: Offer suggestions for improving business operations and processes.
  • Growth and Learning: Demonstrate a growthminded selflearning approach. Be inquisitive reliable and have a get it done attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or a customerfacing role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Email Word basic Excel) and comfortable with web research and social media.
  • Attributes: Organized helpful growthminded selflearner inquisitive reliable and possess a get it done attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associates or bachelors degree in business real estate or a related field is advantageous.
