Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a solid background in ecommerce platforms logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify Amazon and other marketplaces along with the ability to manage projects with technical insight and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the current Project Manager until her departure on September 2 to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Drive projects to go live as quickly as possible maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Address and resolve warehouserelated issues including negotiation with sellers to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations.
Utilize tools like HubSpot Notion and Trello to manage tasks coordinate with teammembers and add value through guidance and teaching.
Oversee the process of sending CVs and manage recruitmentrelated tasks.
Collaborate with Carl to discuss and align on the Project Manager roles expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications:
3 years of experience with Shopify Amazon and other ecommerce marketplaces.
Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Technical understanding that contributes to operational improvements.
Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
Proactive selfdriven mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Proficiency in project management tools such as HubSpot Notion and Trello.

Challenges:
You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise in the warehouse ensuring all team members are aware and proactive and driving projects to completion with urgency.
