You have several years (at least 3) of practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
Microsoft product range (Windows Server Active Directory Exchange MSSQL etc.)
Storage (IBM NetApp Dell Huawei)
Virtualization (VMware vSphere Citrix XenServer MS HyperV)
Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
Veeam B&R or Veritas Backup Exec
IT security (Sophos Barracuda Networks Kaspersky Endpoint Protection Forti)
You also speak fluent German (C1/C2)
Receiving customer errors recording in the ticket system independent analysis and problem solving
Our Support is not a classic hotline but maintains a partnershipbased and very personal customer relationship
Many of our customers have outsourced complex IT/server infrastructures to us which are fully managed by IT support
IT support has teams of experts (e.g. Microsoft Citrix VMware etc.) who provide second or third level support and have a high level of specialist knowledge
Due to the proximity to the customer the support team also works conceptually and advises customers on all questions relating to IT infrastructure
Many customers are also supported regionally on site by the support team i.e. the activity can be a mixture of internal and external support depending on our customers wishes
