Job Description

TL;DR

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the marketing team mainly working on social media and community management.

Internship duration: 46 months

Schedule: fulltime or parttime

Location: inoffice (Gentilly 94250) with 12 remote days per week

Salary: 1000/month brut

Start date: September 2024

Tasks

What will I do

You will assist our Head of Marketing and help the marketing team with a variety of tasks:

  • Social Media & Communications

Ideate posts manage a social calendar and own posting on social media using AdobeXP.

  • Content Creation

Create storyboards for social videos film and edit socialfirst video content.

  • Community management

Reply to comments DMs foster growth on social channels and build rapport with influencers

  • Handson offline support

Run errands like picking up flyers or buying and returning photoshoot props. Help with handson marking campaigns and activations. Always be willing to lend a hand when something is needed.

Requirements

Musthaves:

  • Fluent French
  • Intermediate English (B2 or higher)
  • Curious
  • Eagleeye for details
  • Good communication skills
  • Love of social media
  • Experience in social media
  • Available to start in September
  • Be enrolled in Marketing studies

What is the interview process

  1. A 20minute call with Manel our Recruiter. It can be done over the phone or via Google Meet and the goal is to confirm basic requirements and answer your questions.
  2. A technical call with Hannah. Its a more indepth call regarding your technical knowledge experiences and preferred practices.
  3. Inoffice visit to meet the team get an inside view of how we work and do a case study.
  4. And boom an offer! :)
