As Medical representative, you will have principal function of calling upon specialist physicians and retail pharmacies. Technical expert of specific company products, therapeutic classes or patient needs. Typically establishes long-term relationships with key customers.
Reporting to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager, you will be mainly responsible for Jakarta and upcountry to several nearby locations/areas.
This role involves:
Promoting class-leading products to General Practitioners and healthcare professionals.
Building long-term relationships through genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient’s health.
Working as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact.
Analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.
Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner.
Essential For The Role
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Science background.
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative, preferably from multinational pharmaceutical company.
Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships.
Effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills.
Drive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact.
