Infra Support Specialist

I. Job Summary
We are seeking an Infra Support Specialist to manage and support Cisco Video Conference Webex projects and other technical infrastructure activities across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless conference setups supporting technical events and maintaining voice and video systems to provide a robust and reliable communication experience.

II. Job Responsibilities

• Support Cisco Video Conference and Webex projects including tech refresh initiatives in the APAC region.
• Manage conference setups readiness tests and collaborate closely with R&D and local infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical support for clienthosted events ensuring all systems function optimally.
• Assist in the pilot activities for Zoom system implementations.
• Review and evaluate video conferencing room designs for optimal performance.
• Maintain and update the APAC system inventory records.
• Conduct daily health checks monitor faults and perform preventive maintenance on voice and video systems.
• Monitor and rectify issues with print servers and fax lines.

III. Requirements

• Strong experience in supporting Cisco Video Conference Webex and Zoom systems.
• Familiarity with voice and video system management including health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with R&D and local infrastructure teams.
• Experience in supporting technical events and ensuring system readiness.
• Knowledge of APAC region infrastructure and system inventory management.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail in monitoring and rectifying technical issues.
