Production Supervisor

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join a local Memphis manufacturing company. As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets maintain quality standards and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process and ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands
• Manage and train production staff including hiring performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are being followed by production team members
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control and logistics to ensure timely and accurate production
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed
• Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance
• Conduct regular meetings with production team to communicate goals address any issues and provide feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
