Office Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos letters faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
