QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor (4 year) degree is required; in Advertising Public Relations or Marketing is preferred
- 710 years of relevant work experience advertising/marketing agency experience preferred
- Understanding of business and brand principles
- Strength in financial/business analysis
- Excellent written and verbal skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop refine and execute a clients strategic plans. Identify growth opportunities analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to shape the organizations future.
- Market Analysis: Analyze comprehensive market research competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to identify potential areas for expansion and differentiation.
- Business Performance Analysis: Assess the clients current performance and financial health including risk assessments and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor progress.
- Audience Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the target audience(s) by conducting thorough research including demographics psychographics online behavior and emerging trends.
- Creative Strategy: Use audience insights and business analysis to create compelling creative/messaging strategies with associated briefs that spark innovative creative ideation.
- Innovation and New Initiatives: Propose and champion innovative ideas and new business initiatives. Drive crossfunctional teams to execute on these initiatives and track their success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients partners and industry associations to support business development and collaboration.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present strategic plans progress reports and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
