Job Description

Reports to: Vice President of Strategy and Research

Supervises: Strategy Coordinators Strategy Specialists

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor (4 year) degree is required; in Advertising Public Relations or Marketing is preferred
  • 710 years of relevant work experience advertising/marketing agency experience preferred
  • Understanding of business and brand principles
  • Strength in financial/business analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

OBJECTIVE:

  • As a Strategist at our Agency your role will be focused on producing strategic insights that help lead our clients brand and business strategy.
  • You will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of client organizations driving growth and ensuring longterm success.
  • A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes a track record of delivering results a passion for innovation and an understanding of the critical role marketing/advertising plays in sustainable growth.
  • Passion and curiosity are required inspiring the team by providing clarity and completion to connected brand experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop refine and execute a clients strategic plans. Identify growth opportunities analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to shape the organizations future.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze comprehensive market research competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to identify potential areas for expansion and differentiation.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Assess the clients current performance and financial health including risk assessments and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor progress.
  • Audience Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the target audience(s) by conducting thorough research including demographics psychographics online behavior and emerging trends.
  • Creative Strategy: Use audience insights and business analysis to create compelling creative/messaging strategies with associated briefs that spark innovative creative ideation.
  • Innovation and New Initiatives: Propose and champion innovative ideas and new business initiatives. Drive crossfunctional teams to execute on these initiatives and track their success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients partners and industry associations to support business development and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present strategic plans progress reports and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
