qualifications

- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL)
- Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3) (yes)
- Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video) (yes)
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position (yes)
- Have you applied to or worked for Residential anytime in the last 6 months (no)
preferred
- Please provide your RN License number. (Required for Submittal)

Join our clients extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients lives. This fulltime position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Springfield and surrounding areas Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year Schedule and Shift Details It is 7 evenings in a row from 5 PM to 8 AM Mon to Sun after hours on call and making visits if needed in the Springfield IL area. Then would be off 7 days in a row.
