  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Speech Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

• Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months (no)
• Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter about this position (yes)
