Job Description
Manage the entire recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager consultation, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Utilize relevant advertising channels to attract qualified candidates for key roles in your area.
Leverage internal and external candidate databases to identify prospective candidates, create awareness, and encourage applications for open positions, including proactive outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates and prospective talent within your functional area
