Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Travel Scheduler to join our remote team in the Hospitality industry. As a Travel Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements booking accommodations and managing itineraries for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for clients including flights accommodations and transportation
- Manage and update travel itineraries to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
- Research and recommend travel destinations activities and accommodations
- Handle any travelrelated issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in travel coordination or scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
