Key Staffing is hiring a Hydraulic Mechanic for a wellestablished fluid power distributor in Fresno CA. If you have the skills to handle tasks such as cleaning disassembly diagnosis reassembly and testing to ensure the production of highquality repaired products we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute a range of skilled operations including cleaning disassembly diagnosis reassembly and testing.
• Assemble modify rework and reassemble components using drawings pick tickets process documentation and verbal instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and machines such as power screwdrivers calipers pressure gauges oxyacetylene welding equipment hydraulic test stands solder irons heat guns vises solder pots hydraulic hose crimpers arbor presses band saws and automatic wire strippers.
• Clean parts prior to use as needed.
• Identify wires using basic color code sequences.
• Identify fitting types and plumbing sizes including NPT SAE JIC and metric systems.
• Support inventory handling and transactions following established procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and teambuilding activities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of industry standards machinery techniques and safety regulations related to hydraulics.
• Assist with identifying parts and bills of material.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records of customer and supplier correspondence.
• Perform cleanup and tool inventory activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 13 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions schematics and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
• Versatility flexibility and enthusiasm for working within constantly changing priorities.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and cautions related to hydraulics.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Frequently required to stand and sit.
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds.
